• This is due to the throttle slide being stuck due to lack of lubrication and metal expansion due to heat .Also some times this may due to cable and spring issues . But , Most of the time this is due to stuck throttle slider also known as vacuum piston .

• If there is no cable or spring issues .Follow these steps .

• Remove the carburetor from the bike .

• Remove the top cap by unscrewing two screws that held it .

• Then carefully remove the spring . 

• Then remove the rubber seal carefully.

 • The rubber seal is attached to the throttle slider so it comes off with it.

• Once the Throttle slider is out remove the rubber seal and take the throttle slider.

Recommended Solution :

Use a carburetor cleaner and spray it on the slider surface . This will remove any dirt or carbon buildup in the slider surface and provide the lubrication needed . However , If there is no lubrication elements in your carb cleaner .Apply some oil (around SAE 20 )  on the surface of the slider

Not Recommended Solution :  

Using a sand paper that has grit size over 1000 and sand the slider little bit (Evenly) .

• Put back the rubber seal .

•  Put back the throttle slider inside the carburetor . Put the carburetor cap back .

•  Put back the carburetor to the bike .
